how can i increase speed performance

Hi there

I have Hyper-V server and physical veeam server in separate VLAN the reparatory in the same VLAN, all this connected to cisco switch 100 MB, my Question if i create network teaming with 3 physical network card 1 GBx3 for veeam server and hyper-v server and change the switch to cisco 1GB Speed, this is configuration will help to increase speed backup performance ?

Hi Abbar

Is it 100MB or 100Mbit switch? What is the current bottleneck in your job?
With a 100mbit switch, I assume it‘s the network. You can read more about bottleneck analysis in our FAQ.

I would start with getting a proper 1 Gbit switch. Or even go for 10 Gbit, if it‘s for a production environment.
