Not able to do Veeam restore

Hi All, First time post here, Been using Veeam for azure for a while now, and (i know always test restores) I need to do a restore. What ive found though is that I am unable to do file level restore error message:

Preparing worker for restore failed. Error: Error in SSL handshake --tr:GET request to https://127.0.0.1:443/api/v1/mountSessions/2449 has failed. --tr:Failed to get mount session by ID 2449.

and I am unable to do VM restore, error messages:

Restoring virtual machine **** from ****** Veeam failed. Error: The disk resource *****_DataDisk_0 is not found Restoring disk *********_OsDisk_1_6641*******99289f4e165 (30.0 GB) failed.

Error The disk resource *******_OsDisk_1_6641*********99289f4e165 is not found Restoring disk *****_DataDisk_0 (32.0 GB) failed. Error The disk resource ******_DataDisk_0 is not found

Have I configured something incorrectly? all the backups are successful.

Hello Marcus,
Could you please send an update to the ticket with your license ID, you can see this under Configuration > Licensing, Support is waiting for that information, please?

Backups have been working fine? Remember that to trigger restores, we leverage the Workers as well, so I am wondering if something is missing with the worker configuration, this should be clear if backups were failing, no snapshots jobs but backups.

Well, please update the Support ticket as soon as you can, and let us know after you worked with our Engineers.

Hi Marcus,

It looks like something the backup is not being restored correctly however it is hard to say from just a log snippet. Please keep working with support and we'll follow the case from our side as well to understand what has gone wrong.
