Failed to write data

Hi, mates.
I cannot create a backup copy, in windows.
When copying starts, an I/O error occurs, and i can´t continue copying.
I tried to delete the repository and create it all from scratch, but it only worked for the other computers,I am not in a domain and I make full copies of the equipment, on this computer I tried to reinstall the agent, the net.framework, and create the structure again changing the ip of the computer and the gateway.
The error I get is the following:
--tr:Error code: 0x0000045d
--tr:Unable to format storage metadata.
--tr:Failed to format metadata partition.
Failed to open storage for read/write access.

Seems to be an issue writing to drive D. Can you create folders and files on the drive via explorer to see if that works? Also if a USB drive try another port maybe?
