Arithmetic oferflow / abnormal processing rate for 11.0.1.1261 P20220301

Post by Costin »

Hi
I had an issue with the v10 (Case # 05348431) regarding the arithmetic overflow error. I received a patch and also the recommendation to upgrade. I upgraded and after a week, the error occurred again

I am using the default installation, with the MSSQL Express local install.

I have a backup job in the main location and a clone job to a secondary location.
I believe the error is coming from the WAN accelerator component. The job ran well but the reports are completely messed up.

Any advice ?

Thank you
Costin

HI @Costin, this is a known issue and we can make a quick change on the SQL backend to help. Can you open a new case and reference your old one? I'll add some notes for guidance, but we should be able to help on this pretty fast.

Post the new case number here when you create it.

Hi @Costin, no worries I'm sure you've got a lot else to handle, and good news is this error is purely cosmetic, so everything with the backups/replicas are fine.

As for the case, I see it got moved to our free queue; I'll PM you a few extra questions and details.
