Veeam ONE - client on NOC kiosk PC keeps disconnecting
Hi,
I have configured Veeam One client on a kiosk PC for NOC style view. However, the client keeps disconnecting from server every 1 ~ 1:30 hours and the message needs manual clear and reconnect.
Network connectivity between Client & server is stable and tested.
Is there any specific solution or parameter modification to overcome this issue ?

Hello Ali,
I can not find anything regarding timeout for the Veeam ONE Client, we have a few regedits for Web Client, and also a new timeout in upcoming v12, but again, all of that is for the web client.
Would you mind opening a support ticket so our engineers can analyze the logs?
In the Windows Client, do you have the Power Energy set properly, meaning not sleep, or anything like that, is it configured at high performance?

Hi Jorge,
I have confirmed the configuration of the client machine and it's properly configured (i.e. no sleep timeout, high performance etc.). I even tried to omit the hostname of the server and configured the client directly with server IP address. The problem still persists.

As Roman mentioned, please open a support ticket. In the case between the NOC and the kiosk is a VPN connection somehow, peer-to-peer, etc. Please make sure the keep alive and everything in that regard.
I am mentioning this as I can not reproduce your issue with a Windows 10 acting with VONE Client to a VeeamONE Server that is directly connected to LAN. Let it there open since yesterday without any timeout.
Support will help us to troubleshoot.
