hyper-v client required upgrade before can be used

Hi.
recently i change the IP address for my Hyper-v server that is already have backup enable.
i later on remove hyper-v server, uninstall the veeam component, and reboot the server.
i then readd this server back to veeam after that but i encounter this error when triggering backup.

21/6/2022 2:27:08 PM :: Unable to allocate processing resources. Error: On-host proxy [CT4-WG01] requires upgrade before it can be used.

as per suggestion i restarted both of below service
1. Veeam Backup Service
2. Veeam Broker Service

its still didnt fix the issue. i proceed to reboot VBR server and i still facing the same problem.
does anyone have any idea that why this happen.

Please continue to work with our support team, it looks like an issue at the level of configuration database and I don't think that it's worth trying to seek for a solution on forum. Please upload debug logs for review by our engineers as per the instructions of this KB.

Hi,
sure, i will work with support team
but after couple of reboot and reinstall on hyper-v client. i no longer be able to add the hyper-v client into veeam
seem that its may have corrupted the database or VBR somehow.

found out the latest security update (KB5014692) Causing some issue. uninstalling KB5014692 & KB5013892 Fix the issue.
