FAILED TO CREATE RECOVERY MEDIA -Support ID Case 05608859

Dear.

When trying to create recovery media through Veeam backup And Replication 11 , I get the following error:

Error Failed to create recovery media: Failed to call RPC function 'FcRemoveDir': Access is denied. Failed to delete file: [C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\{affb0b87-f0a5-45e1-bdac-66e21b4b1b79}\VeeamRecoveryMedia.zip]. The specified directory cannot be removed: [C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\{affb0b87-f0a5-45e1-bdac-66e21b4b1b79}\].

Does anybody know how to solve this?
