Replication failed using the host of Veeam server as a destination

we 'd like to replicate VMs from one host to the host holding the Veeam server as a destination. the job failed every time.
adding that replication from any host to any host other than the one holding the Veeam server works fine.
to restimulate the issue we migrate the Veeam server from host A to another host B and create new job again using Host B as a destination job failed.
