Hello have On Job File Backup NAS with specify 13 folders (same NAS).

I review the task I view this message:

Processing \\nas.domain.local\folder_share1 Error: Agent: Failed to process method {MessageChannel.EstablishConnectionByRoles}: The specified network name is no longer available.

after try task and end correctly, but always show this message and need retry for finished correctly. any idea?

I would probably check network traffic dumps and system logs of your NAS for possible connection issues between the gateway server and the NAS. Anyway, we cannot troubleshoot technical issues effectively over the forum posts and it would be best to let our support team carry out RCA. Please don't forget to share a support case ID with us. Also, this KB might give you a better idea regarding this error.
