how to select specific users

when i open our VBO all i see is organization listing and running jobs i dont actually see any of the jobs what am i doing wrong?
i do not see anywhere to edit any of the jobs? how would i do that ? we are cloud connect service provider.

Hi

If you see the organizations in the left menu in the VB365 Console, then you can click on either of this jobs and edit it.

If they are still running and never stop, then something seems to be wrong with your VB365 server and should be checked by support. Please upload the debug logs to the support case and provide us with the case number for our reference.
