Hi I hope anybody can help me. I'm trying to backup a VM with Veeam Backup & Replication. I get the following error in the html report:

Hi All,

If anyone else comes across this issue, worth checking the configuration of disks on the virtual machine for which the backup is failing. In our case we found the failing virtual machine to have persistent disks enabled which is not supported by Veeam Backup and Replication. You can find out exact cause of the issue by going through the troubleshooter log files (same ones you'd email to support).

Cheers,
Max
