VB for AWS in multiple regions

Should I place a VB for AWS instance in each region that I utilize?

Or should I pick the most heavily utilized region and deploy there?

We are moving to multi-region design within AWS.

You can freely choose this to be honest. I would personally deploy in a backup account in the most utilized region. One instance can protect multiple regions so there is no need to deploy an instance per region. If you decide to deploy multiple appliances (potentially GEO based or company policy), we recommend to leverage Veeam Backup & Replication for central management.
