Yes, VB365 can backup online mailbox archives.
Userguide - Organization Object Types

I assume, you have a local Exchange Server in a hybrid configuration? And the archive mailboxes are in Exchange Online.

Thank you for your answer, I have an online exchange, but when I try to restore an item I only find the box archive and not the online archive, thank you for your help .

Ok, then it's easy to back up the archive.

Choose "Back up entire organization", and every object (inclusive the archive) will be backed up.


Or add a single User or organization as the source object and make sure, that archive is selected:
