Hi Experts !

I have a backup problem that I can't figure out. Everything is fine on my side (DNS, port...), but here is the error:

I would suggest opening a Support ticket to get them to help analyze the logs for you to see where the issue may lie. That KB is extensive for troubleshooting but may not solve your issue.
