Partition 2 exceeds disk 0 layout by error during backup

Hy.

I have a Win 2008R2 server and I want to backup with Agent. The backup repository storeonce. The backup job start successfully but after some minutes get this error:

Partition 2 exceeds disk 0 layout by 102898176 bytes
Error: Read pointer for pre-read buffer ('284839378944') exceeds the upper boundary of buffer ('0'). Failed to upload disk. Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}. Exception from server: Read pointer for pre-read buffer ('284839378944') exceeds the upper boundary of buffer ('0'). Unable to retrieve next block transmission command. Number of already processed blocks: [9975]. Failed to download disk '91D70B18'.

What should be the problem?

Firstly we tried to run chkdsk, but it is not resolve the problem. Then run th shirnk, what you suggested and the backup job run successfully.
