Backup copy error after updating linux repository RESOLVED

Putting this post here, to help anyone else who might come across this issue.

After performing maintenance/rebooting several linux repositories running ubuntu 20.04.5, part of which included:

sudo apt update && sudo apt -y upgrade

All customers started getting this error with their backup copy jobs:

12/5/2022 3:57:47 PM :: Error: Failed to check whether service provider side resource can be allocated

We opened the properties of the repository in the BNR console, clicked next, next, apply, and received this error:

12/5/2022 4:08:42 PM Error Infrastructure item save failed Error: locale::facet::_S_create_c_locale name not valid
Agent failed to process method {FileSystem.FileRemove}.

Ran:

sudo apt install -y language-pack-en-base

Issue resolved.

sudo locale-gen en_US.UTF-8 && sudo update-locale LANG=en_US.UTF-8
sudo reboot now

This is the default language we selected almost three years ago when we built these two repo's in early 2020 when v10 was released.

For the sake of future google searches, here's another error that some customers received, which was also resolved using above steps.
