Service work, Veeam WA says not work

Hello

Case #05782291

Service work, Veeam Windows Agent says - not work...
The tray icon shows a question mark.
The program cannot be started to make a backup.
Can run Configure Backup.
Which in step three says that multicopies cannot be created.
This program is completely broken.

Hi SW

Thank you for the case number and welcome to the forum.

Such issues are not possible to analyze over a forum post.
The logs are missing in your support case. In case our support will take over your ticket (Free agent only gets support on best effort), they require the log files. A screenshot alone doesn't allow to do an effective analysis. Please add them to the case:

If you cannot wait for supports answer, you may try to reinstall the Veeam Agent.
Also consider to reset the configuration database. Please note that will remove the entire agent configuration, also all jobs. Backup files won't be removed. Maybe it can help: https://www.veeam.com/kb2335

Hello
I've already completed the logs, downloaded via script...
I've installed a few times, it didn't help, I removed all veeam from the registry and from the system, accounts, %appdata%, literally everything everywhere. It didn't help either.
I will try this KB2335 again, let's see if anything helps.

The agent does not start but I decided to configure the copy, it started and finally I got this message.

after check in CMD:

Information has been returned:

C:\Windows\System32>winmgmt /verifyrepository
WMI repository is consistent
so I didn't go to the walkthrough because it's good

Thanks for the update.
Can you maybe check the System UUID? Do you get any value? It should only contain letters and numbers.

I fixed it
net stop winmgmt - If prompted to stop dependent services respond Y
net stop VeeamEndpointBackupSvc
net stop iphlpsvc
Again - net stop winmgmt
Open a Windows Explorer and locate the path to C:\ windows\system32\WBEM\ folder and rename the Repository folder to something else like Repository_OLD
Restart the computer

It seems to me that you do not need to stop the service again by entering the command

The system corrected itself WMI
