Can P20220302 be applied to the integrated version of B&R for Veeam DRO? Our vulnerability scanner is showing a vulnerable version and P20220302 would fix it.

yes, the ISO includes the updated Veeam Backup & Replication since March 2022. Yes, you can also patch it manually with Orchestrator 5.0 in place.
