Veeamservice sometimes will not start

System: Win10-22H2, latest Patchlevel
Veeam Agent for Windows 5.0.3.4708

I can't find a Solution for this:
Der Dienst kann nicht gestartet werden. bei VeeamProxyClient.RegenerateCLRException(exception* excBase)

Sometimes the Service will not start, sometime it did. Installer Service is running.
This time I'm ending up with a scheduled PS Script witch will check the Service and may start it. But this is only a Workaround.

Any Ideas are welcome,

VEEAM Support found something that sometimes Spybot fails to load a file and after this VEEAM are failed to start.
I have removed older Spybotversions and the Problem seams to be gone.
