I have took the 1 user backup and trying to restore the teams backup. is there any possible to take the backup for individual user teams backup & Restore..

What do you want to restore?
- User Personal Chat data?
- User Teams Chat data?
- User uploaded personal Chat files?
- User uploaded Files in a teams channel?

No, if you backup Teams, all users in this teams will be in the backup data. Every user needs a license.
You can not choose to only backup the dedicated data to this user in a teams channel.

If you tell us more about what you want to achieve, we can find a solution for you.

Do you want to backup only chat data of this user? Then Exchange Online Backup will backup a copy of this chat messages from the user mailbox. (It should contain it, i‘m not 100 percent sure because there was a missing API issue last year).

Do you want to backup files from this users privat chats?
Then One Drive Backup of this user will get you covered.

Everything else will always be a backup for all user.

This functionality will come in the future, but at this point in time the API we use for that does not support deduplication yet, which means that all messages will be downloaded per user which will come at a high cost.
