EC2 restore using agent backup

Hi

I would like to know EC2.
I am using VBR on EC2 instance.(Not Veeam backup for AWS)
I backup the On-premises physical server and virtual server, and EC2 instance using Veeam agent to EBS volume attaced to VBR EC2 instance.

Q1. Is it supported to restore to EC2 instance from backup data of On-premises physical server and virtual server, and EC2 instance using VBR on EC2?
Q2. I would like to know data flow from backup data on EBS to restored EC2 instance.
I assume the backup data will flow EBS(VBR) ⇒ Internet ⇒ restored EC2 instance.
Q3. The data transfer from AWS to Internet will cost per data transfer , so in Q2 condition does data transfer cost as well?

1. This is supported.
2. You can find this in the user guide.
3. I believe that if u keep it within the same region, there will be no costs. Only when u go out of the source region.

Thank you for your reply.
I understood Q1,2, but as for Q3, could you tell me why it does not cost to transfer restore data within only same AWS region.

I checked some AWS document and I only found bellow document.
