Hi dfx,
Sure, you can start file level recovery and instead of selecting single files restore all root folders to the new volume. Small tip: as soon as you start file level recovery look for VeeamFLR folder on your C volume - that's the location of the restore point mount, so you can copy and paste whatever you need via regular Windows explorer (and it works faster).
