Hello,
I know that some features of veeam 11 dont work with vSphere 8 (CDP for example) but if i JUST upgrade vCenter to version 8 now will CDP work or do i have to upgrade to Veeam 12 first?

Hi
It won't work and is not supported in V11a: https://www.veeam.com/kb4378
Please upgrade to Veeam Backup & Replication v12 to be able to use CDP with vSphere 8.
V12 has full support for vSphere 8.0.
