Snapshot NetApp not visible

I have a NetApp ONTAP integrated to Veeam Backup. In Storage Infrastructure there are the snapshots that the storage takes but I cannot see the virtual machines that the volume that is being snapshotted contains. What can be the reason?

Hi Ser, do you have a case open with Veeam support regarding that? What Veeam B&R are we talking about? When did it start - just out of the blue, after upgrading to v12, some other circumstances? Have you tried running a rescan of the affected volumes manually? Do you have a MetroCluster? Too few details to be honest.
