Hi, is Veeam Agent for Windows affected by the recently disclosed vulnerability, CVE-2023-27532?

I'm thinking not, because the vulnerable process "Veeam.Backup.Service.exe" is not present. Is that correct?

Correct, Veeam Agent is not affected.
Only Veeam Backup & Replication.
