unable to open tape file browser after upgrading to v12

hello, we recently upgraded our veeam to v12, and after this every time we open the console we get and error in french "object reference not set to an instance of an object" and so far all the jobs including tape jobs are running fine except from when i try to open the tape files i get the same error.

I know that they changed the tape viewer with this version : tape-f29/see-the-content-of-a-tape-in-v12-t85276.html
And for us it's not the same since we have the console error.

Hi

Thanks for the case number.
You have opened a case for Veeam Backup & Replication Community Edition, but you are running Enterprise Edition.
Logs are also missing in the support case.

If you are not a case administrator or license administrator of this license, please ask the license owner to open the case for you.
Fixing this issue may require a hotfix or database query. Both will not be available for community edition users. That's why it is important that you open the case with the correct information about your license.

Hello,
For information to everyone who has the same issue.
This issue was solved via a private fix from the support team after taking some logs & SQL DB copy, we needed a license administrator to open a ticket and to be like a middle man with every webex session making the process much longer.

Hi

Thanks for the update.

License administrator and case administrator can open support cases.
If you are a partner managing that customer, you can ask your customer to make you a case administrator for their license.
