Veeam WAN accelerator best practice?

Post by Backup.Operator »

I require some procedures and step to deploy Veeam WAN accelerator VM onpremise.

My goal is to throttle the Backup Copy to the remote backup repository using the builtin WAN Accelerator Linux VM.

Thank you ahead of time.

Hi Backup.Operator

Our WAN Accelerator runs only on Windows. We cannot provide steps on how to install for a third party product. I recommend to ask those question in a Linux community.

Just to know, do you have any links which WAN Accelerator from Linux you plan to use?

No, I just wondering if it is possible to use any other Guest OS, but it seems that it cannot.

Thanks both @albertwt & @mildur.
