Is there still a need for manual intervention or regular maintenance from the point of view of the DBA for the PostGRE SQL database?

Because the existing SQL Server standard edition databases are currently maintained by the database administrator in order to ensure that they are operating efficiently and to prevent any problems.

Monitoring and maintenance is still done outside of Veeam Backup & Replication.
For example, installing new PostgreSQL updates.
