Azure offload Move to Capacity tier Causing Inconsistent On-Prem Capacity free space

My Setup is as below

1. Infinidat LUNS mapped on Windows Refs Volumes as Repositories Keeping 60days Retention
2. We Offload all data above 60 Days to Azure Blob Archive storage

Our Issue:
We sometimes get huge space drops on our On-Prem Infinidat storage repo's -150TB which was accumulated by daily 20tb drops
I'm expecting offloads to run every 4hours and don't expect a drop in storage for over 8 days as I have weekly synthetics on all my backup jobs

Has any 1 experienced too much space drops on their local repo while they have offloads configured

Do you use Move or Copy Policy to a capacity tier? What's the configured operational window?
