Compatibility of VBR and VCC

Hello.
Sorry if this question already present at the forum, i didn't find.
Tenant have VBR v12. SP have VCC v11.
Is it compatible solution for:
1. Сloud backups on SOBR at SP?
2. Cloud Replication to Cloud Director at SP?

No, Service Provider must be on V12 too.
A V11 cloud connect server cannot receive backups or replicas from a V12 tenant server.

Are you using Cloud Connect? If yes, check with your Cloud Connect service provider if they have already upgraded their system to at least the version you are upgrading to.
