Re: File share backup licensing

@"Dima P."
Thanks man, installing mentioned patch resolved the issue!
Strange thing, I have installed Veeam from VeeamBackup&Replication_12.0.0.1420_20230413.iso
Patch file is VeeamBackup&Replication_12.0.0.1420_20230412.exe
The distro-iso looks newer, but... Patch works)

I have adapted my script creating File2Tape job, all works.
Get-VBRNASServer returns :

Code: Select all

Type : SMB
Path : \\nas01\veeam1
.......
Type : SMBRoot
Path : \\nas01
If I use repository type SMBRoot I get very strange results, file list is correct, but has NAS icons in front and after trying to start veeam says 698TB to backup , so stopped the job.
Using type SMB is ok, all files have veeam icons and job calculates correct data amount.

Greetz!

Great to hear!

The ISO was created a day later than the patch was built, which is why timestamps are different. ISO timestamp does not correspond to an included patch as ISO can be updated for large variety of reasons (for example, to include a newer version of some component).
