Immutable repository and storage deduplication

I currently use a volume from an HP StoreOne with deduplication as a repository.
I want to implement an immutable linux repository by connecting a repository volume to the linux virtual machine. Does this action remove duplication level?

Yes. Is a HPE StoreOnce. I don't want to migrate the data. Currently the HPE StoreOnce presents a volume to the Veeam Server to be a repository. This has a high level of deduplication, it can be seen in the detail of total space against used space.
I now want to present a volume to a linux and then make it an immutable repository to replace the repository directly from StoreOnce.
My question is if it does that, it removes the deduplication capacity since the storage is not connected directly to Veeam but rather through Linux.

The StoreOnce doesn't offer any block storage services. Therefore you can't present a volume to a Linux server and use it for a hardened repository.

Which StoreOnce do you have? And om what firmware release is it?

We support now StoreOnce Immutability with the current v12. So a hardened Linux Repository will not bring any advantage for you. Anyway it will not work that way as you describe it as the Catalyst Store can not be mounted as a block volume to the Linux Server.
