Successful Backup Job is not reflecting on the restore points

Successful Backup Job is not reflecting on the restore points:

Hi Team,

I could see the backup job is successful and in the Backup repository I can see the full backup file is available.

However when I try to restore the file from the same server, I dont find the latest one instead the very old one. On top of it, i could see there is no incremental files and only full backup file is available. I dont seejob failure on Job logs for incremental job failure.

I am pretty much sure it was not manually deleted from the repository and suspect the incremental files are not backed up.

On the other hand, I could see some of the server has more number of restore points which does not match with retention policy and some has less then the actual files we have in the repository.

Any help on this will be greatly helpful

Hard to speculate about your case without seeing the debug logs and actual infrastructure. You might want to reach our support team for further investigation. Thanks!
