Ignore files larger than xxx

Post by Araucano2002 »

Hi! Is there a way to ignore files larger than a given size when defining a Backup Job? I have to back up a file share where the are lots of files larger than, say, 100 Mb, and they correspond to items for which backup is not required.

Thanks in advance,

Miguel

Hello,
no, there is no option based on file size.

Hi Hannes, thank you for your reply. Are there any options to limit the bandwith to use for a particular backup job?

Thanks in advance,

Miguel

Hello,
some kind of, if you turn the backup I/O control slider to the left https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=120

Not exactly a limit, but depending on your use-case it might help.

Best regards,
Hannes
