pls suggest if I have storeOnce 5100 on 3.18.20 catalyst copy to storeOnce 36xx (4.3.2). Can I enable immutable at StoreOnce36xx?

To have immutability on the StoreOnce 36xx the way you're trying to use it, you would need to configure a traditional Veeam Backup Copy job (not Catalyst copy).

Veeam Backup & Replication V12a will support immutability for Catalyst Copy jobs, but only when both of the StoreOnce arrays are Gen4. The StoreOnce 5100 is a Gen3 model, so you would have to continue using a traditional Veeam Backup Copy job to make an immutable backup copy on the StoreOnce 36xx.
