Check backup and replica

Hello,

I would like to have your feedback about my customer needs.

1) Verify backup
=> Sure backup

2)Verify backup with AD user restauration
=> not possible ?

3)Verify backup with Exchange restauration
=> not possible ?

4) Verify backup copy
=> ? I don't know how to except custom script

5)Verify replica
=> SureReplica

6) Verify Tape
=> ? I don't know how to except custom script


If you have any advices / comments about what is usefull or what is useless, feel free .

I just would like to give him the best advices about how to automate all of these verifications. Today he performs all of these task manually for a set of VM.

You may do that. Also do not forget to leverage the predefined tests.

Making sure that the original backup of a machine can be booted up together with health checks on the backup copy files will already provide a good check for the backup copy files.
If you want to check if files are vailable and readable, you could leverage our Data Integration API to mount a restore point and use your own scripts to validates available files:

Restore Testing from Tapes may be a time intensive process. Depends on what you want to test.

Sorry I updated my question after your answer but for :

2) Today my customer try to restore object. If I want to do it on surebackup job, I can do it if I restore 2 DC and I execute custom script on 1 of them right ?

3) It's not exchange but Office 365 with Veeam backup for office 365. Is there a way to test it easely on Veeam m365 product .
