Tenant not showing in Cloud Connect Backup Report

Case: Case #07007319

Cloud Connect User Report (Backup) is missing a recently created (2 months ago) tenant. Has anyone seen this before? When we select the objects for the report the newly created tenant and their storage is not available to choose.

Hello Matt,

Thanks for the case number. At a glance, it sounds like a database or data collection issue. It is impossible to say for sure. Please continue to work with our support engineers. I'm confident they will find the cause of this issue.

thanks, there is a data collection warning that the task exceeded the maximum time allowed.
