Jobs won't run, can't edit jobs, errors in Win Event Logs

Post by hciwiz »

Case #: 06245629

The error is usually...

"This operation is taking longer than expected..."

-Windows Server 2019 Standard
-All Veeam services are started and running.
-I've rebooted the Windows Server (that B&R runs on)
-I've rebooted the VMware HOST (which includes vCenter and the Windows Server where B&R is installed)

I do see these two errors in the "Windows - Application" Event log...

Code: Select all

Hello

Please do not post error messages to the forum as explained in our forum rules.
The staff in the forum is not trained or equipped to analyze technical issues. We have our customer support for these cases.

I suggest to keep working on this issue with our support team. Sounds like there is a I/O error with the filesystem where the configuration database is stored. Maybe you can try to migrate the configuration database to another machine.

Best,
Fabian
