Backup job keeps running while job log ended

Hello,

I have a Teams backup job running incremental backup to object storage. Its log showed that it finished transferring all the 2000 objects but the job itself won't finish. Until now it kept running for like 10 hours.

I have 2 questions for this:
Does it mean VBM365 finished offloading data to object storage if I see the objects transfer finished?
Can I manually stop the job and restart it to get the job finshed normally without doing another full backup?

Hi Arthur,

Personally I would create a support call for this. If it takes that long to offload the data (which I presume is still happening) than I would say something is wrong. Our support engineers will be able to look deeper into specific logs to figure out what is going on.

Please post the case ID and potential resolution here.
