Quick question: do the powershell commandlets export-vexitem, export-vespitem etc. include the "show all items deleted by user" / "show versions of items modified by user" flags? Or will it only return the active items from the specific restore point being used? Is there any way to make these export commands include all deleted or versioned files?

It depends on how you start the restore session. There are two parameters to include such objects in the restore session: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=120

- ShowDeleted
- ShowAllVersions

Have you tried the restore with those parameter?
