Case ID 06349316: ChannelError:ConnectionReset

My backup copy copy jobs with full sometimes got ChannelError:ConnectionReset. I have opened several cases but until now, it still can't find the root cause, I am feeling so bad about Veeam support Team. the latest case is 06349316 and old case 05890765.the case has been escalated to APJ level 2 support team, but it still can't find the root cause. they ask me to collect the network log, but it was hardly to collect it. Can someone help on this?

Hello,

I doubt that you can find a solution on this forum as it's not a support forum. Moreover, most likely the error message does not come from our code but occurs due to a network outage during data transport from a source Data Mover to a target one. I believe the right way is to collect and examine network traffic dump, our engineers could help you with this task. Don't hesitate to escalate a support case if you feel that it's not on a right track.
