Problem when registering VM backup job with PowerShell

Hi team

I am using VBR version (12.0.0.1420 P20230412) and the operations on the VBR console is working OK
but when it comes to creating schedule tasks via PowerShell, the script itself is working and registers the tasks (able to see in the console) but the date specified in the script is not right.

For instance, in the script, I specified 1st/October/2023 but it shows 2nd/October/2023 in the console.
Creating schedule tasks though the script is working but need to know why this happens and any solution or syntax for the date in the script and any example of creating scheduled tasks through Powershell would be great.
