Azure Storage Account Upgrade

I'm upgrading an existing Azure Classic Storage account to the new ARM offering.

We have an existing Veeam Backup & Restore SOBR using Azure BLOB storage.

Is the migration path as simple as:

Migrate the Azure Classic Storage account to ARM.
Reconnect Veeam Backup & Restore SOBR to Azure ARM?

I've searched for a roadmap and it doesn't seem to exist.

We don't have the obsolete storage accounts in our lab, plus, the account upgrade process is managed solely by Azure, so we cannot guarantee anything for sure. Yet we believe that everything should go smoothly, and no modifications will be required on backup server side - account update on Azure end will suffice. Thanks!
