Long term GFS Backups - Need Quarterly

I've got a client that their current backup set is being offloaded to object storage and the GFS is set to 4 weekly, 12 monthly, and 10 yearly. They are now telling me that there is too much of a gap between the yearly backups, and that they would like to have quarterly backups for the long term archive to lessen the gap between restore points. What is the best way to accomplish this since they removed quarterly gfs on the newer versions of veeam. Thanks

apply 12+(10*12) monthly
