Unable to add VBR server
Hello,
On new installation, I try to add VBR server but it doesn't work.
My VBR server is on workgroup. My VeeamOne server is on Workgroup.
I create svc-veeam-one account on the VBR server
I add the account to local administrator group
I add the role veeam backup administrator
I disable firewall on VBR server
I execute the command winrm qc
I create the registry key localaccounttokenfilterpolicy and value 1
I think I did all what I can find in the documentation.
Do I miss something maybe ?
I will open a support case and add the case ID.

Hello matteu,
Please share the case ID as soon as you create it.
Do not forget to attach the Veeam ONE logs to the case. If something is missed it should be visible there.

Both are latest version.
VeeamOne : 12.0.1.2591
Veeam backup and replication : 12.0.0.1420_P20230718
I will try to install latest windows updates to see.

Hello Matteu,
v12.1 is out. I would download those new ISOS for both products and give it another try.
What is the OS used? I am aware there is the next KB that refers to an specific issue on MS without an update:

Anyways, please update your systems on the Microsoft level, and perhaps give v12.1 a go much better.

After installing all the Windows updates it's working fine
I was on a old Windows version 2019 outdated from several years !
