12.1: Upgrade fails - exception (test lab)
If your installation (VM) does not have a "C:" drive you get an exception during "Configuration check" and the installer stops.
Workaround is, e.g., to "net use" a "C:" drive pointing to the root of your real system drive ("F:" in my case). There may be way prettier solutions.
