daily report new/modified/deleted files

dear, Veeam B&R backups a file share every night. Is it possible to extract data or get a report every day that shows the daily new/modified/deleted files? We need to track data growth and avoid unnessary data use. We cannot find this functionality in B&R or One. The closest is performing a file search in Enterprise Manager but this doesn't show deleted files. If a user creates a big new file but deletes the old, we can live with that, so this is why we also need deleted file info. Moving files or renaming the file path on the share doesn't consume server nor backup space so this info is not really needed. many thx in advance! Tom

Hello Tom,

In B&R currently you can compare the restore point against original location but unfortunately there is no automated way to compare to restore points to get the information about added / deleted or modified files between the job runs. From the top of my head you could mount the restore point via Publish Disk functionality for the needed restore points and enumerate the content via external tool (list all file paths on the mounted restore point), then do the same for the following restore point and compare the outputs of such script.
