We have installed a new VB365, and noticed the error "The system cannot find the file specified", when opening the Exchange Explorer.
The same goes for "Add Store" when chosing VB365 (localhost default port).
What file is it the Explorer cannot locate?

Unfortunately I cannot say which file is missing. From the notes in your previous case it seems it was a bug in the code instead of a missing file. What file is it the Explorer cannot locate?
Best,
Fabian

Re: VB365 / Exchange Explore "The system cannot find the file specified
Yeah, perhaps it is a bug, or somthing else. From the answer in Support Case:
"most likely an invalid path or maybe permissions or an issue when trying to create a temporary folder"
It would be great to understand exactly what happens "under the hood" when trying to load info from the VB365 server into Exchange explorer.
As e.g. Permissions are somthing we could hunt down and fix as is issues with paths.
BTW: only the Exchange Explorer has this issue - other explorers work fine.

Re: VB365 / Exchange Explore "The system cannot find the file specified
We might have found the issue:
Restore Cache was pointed directly at the root of a drive (e.g. D:\) instead of inside a folder (e.g. D:\Cache)

Hi Daniel
Thank you.
I see in our RnD ticket, that your information creating a hotfix.
The issue is described as "not being to be able to create a temporary restore folder on the root path".
Our Devs are preparing a hotfix. The hotfix will allow us to create this temp folder on root paths.
As soon the tests are successful, the hotfix will provided to you through the support case.
Unfortunately I'm not sure, why in your case a root path (G:\) is used as a temporary restore folder.
Was it the default configuration for your backup server? Or was it changed by someone in the config.xml file?
Best,
Fabian
