Failed Configuration Backup

Upgraded yesterday from 12.0 latest build to 12.1.0.2131.
After that I applied nearly all Security Compliances via the latest script of KB4525.
I see I cannot make Configuration backups anymore. Tried to a different repository but same failure.
What could be the problem?

The case was opened 30 minutes ago.
Please give our support team a chance to troubleshoot the log files and come to a conclusion.

Update: There may be a known issue in v12.1. Do you have the Veeam One analytics tab enabled in the backup console?

Thank you. I believe you are affected by a specific certificate issue. And I can see that your support engineer is already trying to confirm it.

It seems indeed a known issue which sometimes can occur when the Analytics with Veeam ONE are activated.
Support directed me to check the certificate in the (Postgres) VeeamBackup database, remove it from the database, start and accept the Certificate.

Now I also have seen PGadmin which is the "counterpart" of SQL Management Studio with MS SQL.

For others, this bug will be solved in our upcoming cumulative patch for v12.1.
