Hi Lukasz
If you want to be able to shutdown the protected computer after the backup job session, you must create a backup job with Type Workstation. Then you get the same schedule options as for the free agent.
For a backup job with the type server, you need to leverage Post-Job scripts to do a remote shutdown. The script is not provided by Veeam. But it should not be difficult to write one together with the help of google or similar services.
